Q: I need a copy of my policy or pink card right away and I was going to pick it up at your office, what should I do?
A: We can send you endorsements, policies and pink cards electronically by email so that you will have the documents immediately.
Q: I normally pay for my insurance with cash. If I can’t visit the office what should I do?
A: We will accept a credit card payment over the phone, or you can pay using online banking. If those options aren’t available to you, you can also make a payment at your bank branch. Please do not mail cash.
Q: I’m not working because of the pandemic, is there anything Millennium can do to help?
A: We appreciate that this is a very difficult time. If you’re not working, please get in touch with one of our agents by phone, email, or our online contact form. We may be able to adjust the use of your vehicle and review your coverage to see if there are options to make your payments more manageable until we get through this event.
Q: Will your offices reopen for walk-in service?
A: Our top priority is the health and safety of our customers and staff so the majority of our team is working remotely. We will reopen our office to walk-in service once we are able to safely provide the level of service you have come to expect from Millennium Insurance.
